Holding a grudge is hard friggin work and it indirectly forces you to relive the hurt all over again to remind yourself why you're holding the grudge in the first place. Just wastes so much time and energy!
In spite of knowing this...I am STILL one of those people that will hold a grudge. lol Hey, I'm not perfect...this is something I constantly work on!
